I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

You're allowed to distribute the art in any non-commercial/profitable way, give credit and do not claim it as your own work.

Please provide clear reference (I do not accept text based references/descriptions or shaded references). If you wish to express the idea of your commission via simple drawing, feel free to do so!

I do not work on a first come, first serve basis unless stated.

I do not permit the input of my art into any AI programs.

All commissions will be payed in full, upfront. A commission will not be started until payment is recieved.

I accept payment via Paypal in USD. It will be processed through Paypal Invoice. If you do not have a Paypal, I would be willing to discuss alternatives (within reason).

If payment is not recieved within a 48 hour timeframe, I will forfeit your commission slot.

Do not ask for discounts or freebies.

Completed pieces are non-refundable.

I will only offer partial refunds on work that has already been started, the amount will be negotiated and reflect the progress I made on the piece.

Issuing a chargeback will result in a strike against you and (if repeated) eventually being blocked from future commissions and having a warning posted on my socials.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any point, with reasonable explanation.

Please be reasonable when regarding edits to your piece and thoroughly examine the WIPs to avoid missing something.

Within the sketching phase, I will allow for two edits before charging extra for more. Corrections after this phase will result in a minimum of +$10 per edit (increasing with the difficulty of the edit) so please be very clear about what you want edited.

You are free to personally edit the piece (add text, crop, filters) but must give credit to me for the original piece. DO NOT draw over my piece, paint over it, or alter the core art.

If I've completed a piece and very clearly misinterpreted a colour/marking/design please feel free to ask for it to be fixed!

I will provide you with WIPs over the course of the commission. I typically send a very steady amount of them, if you'd like to recieve less/more WIPs please feel free to ask.

Typically, I will create a sketch before accepting payment, but if you're uncomfortable with this process and prefer to pay first, please let me know.

Work will begin once I receive the full payment. I do not have a typical work pace, I will communicate often on the status and progress of your commission.

You will recieve the final piece and alternatives (like a transparent background file or any different versions of it) through stash.

I will post the finished commission on my social medias and you are free to do the same, with credit. If you do not wish to be tagged in the finished post, please inform me. (If it is a gift piece, we can negotiate when it will be posted).
